“I’ve been wanting to dance with that frog since I’ve seen him,” Cleveland Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen said on Friday night after a win over the Chicago Bulls at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
Allen said that to the media after accomplishing his goal. Shortly after the final buzzer sounded, an oversized frog mascot was on the court. Allen, Donovan Mitchell, and Darius Garland ran over to it and danced in celebration.
“Shocked the hell out of me when I saw the frog,” Mitchell said. “And it was pretty dope. It was like just a vibe, you know what I mean? So that was pretty dope.”

How exactly did this all come to be?
