On Saturday morning the Cleveland Cavaliers and Chicago Bulls agreed to a trade sending Isaac Okoro to the Windy City and bringing Lonzo Ball to Cleveland in a swap of two former top-5 draft picks that haven’t had careers that have lived up to that billing to this point.
