Breaking Down Koby Altman's End of Season Press Conference
The Cavs President of Basketball Operations said a lot of things on Monday, but what did he actually say?
Cleveland Cavaliers president of basketball operations Koby Altman stood behind a small round table for approximately 45 minutes on Monday morning at Cleveland Clinic Courts in Independence.
During that 45 minutes he was asked to relive the disaster that was the second round loss to the Indiana Pacers, what the future of the roster looks like and how expensive the team is going to be over the course of the next few years, among other things.
While not everything Altman said was interesting, there are things he did say that were very interesting. That’s how these press conferences typically go. Sometimes they can be a person talking a lot without actually saying anything. Altman’s availabilities aren’t typically that, but they’re not as insightful as the near-daily briefings we get from head coach Kenny Atkinson during the season, either.
